Strandverket is a unique art hall located by the sea in a historic 18th-century fortress on Marstrand. The venue hosts contemporary art exhibitions, concerts, and cultural events throughout the season (March–September).

Opening hours vary depending on the current exhibition, so visitors are advised to check our web in advance. Strandverket is easily reached from Gothenburg by bus to Marstrand (Koön), followed by a short ferry ride and a 200 meter walk from the ferry.

On site, you’ll find the restaurant and wine bar Sill & Sardell in the courtyard, offering seafood and carefully selected wines.

The entrance level is accessible, with a ramp and accessible restroom available.
